What is the role?
As the Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Manager at Hunter & Gather, you’ll lead the development and execution of our creator and partnership strategy, building powerful relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and like-minded brands to grow our community, drive customer acquisition, and build long-term brand equity.
Reporting into the Ecommerce team, this role combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You’ll be instrumental in transforming Hunter & Gather into a household name by launching culturally relevant, creator-led campaigns that truly connect.
You’ll be a vital part of a mission-led team dedicated to championing real food and getting back to natural living. We exist to empower people to live their best lives, driven by real ingredients and a commitment to truth and transparency.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Design and Scale a Creator Engine
Build and lead a scalable influencer marketing programme - from micro-influencers to high-reach ambassadors, identify, onboard and nurture brand-aligned creators.
Develop efficient systems, workflows, and playbooks to manage outreach, briefing, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
Run Best-in-Class Influencer Campaigns
Develop an always-on ambassador programme that drives trust, reach, and conversion. Launch these campaigns and seasonal activations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Craft compelling briefs that inspire authentic, high-performing content aligned with our core products and brand values.
Work closely with Performance Marketing and Content teams to ensure campaigns deliver across brand and commercial objectives.
Grow B2B and Brand Partnerships
Develop and own our strategic brand collaboration roadmap - partnering with aligned wellness, fitness, and lifestyle brands.
Drive partnerships that deliver mutual value, whether through co-branded campaigns, sampling initiatives, or digital activations.
Explore retail, event, sampling and community- based activations that bring the Hunter & Gather ethos to new audiences.
Develop Long-Term Creator Relationships
Cultivate authentic, lasting connections with our top-performing creators and brand advocates.
Transform one-off collaborations into structured ambassador or affiliate programmes that support retention and LTV goals.
Channel Innovation and Brand Building
Stay ahead of cultural trends and emerging platforms to ensure Hunter & Gather remains relevant and visible in key communities.
Champion storytelling that educates, inspires, and builds trust - focusing on our product benefits and the bigger “why” behind the brand.
Work with internal creative and performance teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand presence across all channels.
Performance, Reporting & Optimisation
Set clear campaign objectives and performance KPIs, from reach and engagement to traffic and sales.
Build reporting dashboards, analyse results, and use insights to inform future campaigns and budget allocation.
Continuously test new formats, creators, and campaign structures to improve ROI and scale efficiently.
Campaign Management & Workflow Optimisation
Develop toolkits and scalable workflows to manage influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting.
Monitor and evaluate content performance, iterating based on data and insights to improve campaign efficiency and impact.
Essential
3 - 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or community-led brand building, ideally in DTC, FMCG, or wellness.
Proven ability to deliver measurable results from influencer and brand partnership campaigns.
Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and affiliate/ambassador models.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Highly creative with strong commercial acumen—you can spot cultural moments and turn them into growth opportunities.
Confident in using data and performance metrics to inform decisions and optimise strategy.
Experience working with influencer marketing platforms (e.g. Aspire, Upfluence) and tools for campaign tracking/reporting.
Passion for clean living, functional health, or ancestral nutrition is a strong bonus
Desirable
Experience working within a high-growth DTC ecommerce brand, ideally in food, wellness, or lifestyle.
Pre-existing network of creators or agencies in the health, fitness, or nutrition space.
Experience managing ambassador or affiliate programmes at scale.
Knowledge of tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and social listening platforms.
Familiarity with performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV in the context of influencer campaigns.
Strong copywriting skills, especially for briefs, outreach emails, or creator-facing comms.
Experience coordinating cross-channel campaigns with performance marketing, email, or PR teams.
Comfortable representing the brand in partner meetings or public-facing creator events.
