What is the role?
As Marketing Manager, you’ll own our multi-channel marketing calendar and lead the delivery of brand and product campaigns across digital and real-world touchpoints. From launches and partnerships to seasonal activations, you'll create bold brand moments that spark conversation and deliver results. Working closely with creative, digital, and commercial teams, you’ll translate insight into action, manage timelines and budgets, and play a key role in amplifying our reach and impact.

Organised, collaborative, and full of energy, you’re skilled at coordinating teams and timelines to make sure campaigns go live seamlessly and with impact. You take pride in translating strategy into execution, whether that’s launching a new product, building a standout activation, or managing a multi-channel campaign. Key roles and responsibilities:
Own the Marketing Calendar: Lead and manage the end-to-end marketing calendar; planning, aligning, and executing campaigns across all brand and product moments, ensuring every touchpoint lands with impact.
Campaign Leadership: Drive the lifecycle of campaigns from planning to delivery, working closely with creative, content, digital, and commercial teams to bring brand activity to life across physical (eg. sampling, OOH, event, experiential)l and digital channels.
Product & Brand Launches: Coordinate and lead go-to-market marketing activity for product and brand launches, ensuring visibility and momentum through paid, owned and earned channels.
Brand Partnerships: Identify and build culturally relevant brand and community partnerships that put Hunter & Gather in front of new audiences and amplify our message in authentic, creative ways.
Insight-Led Decision Making: Use customer data, campaign results, and market trends to refine plans, optimise performance, and identify new activation opportunities.
Budget & Timeline Management: Own campaign timelines and budget tracking, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to a high standard.
What we’re looking for:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in brand / marketing management, or a similar role. Experience in fast-growing food, health, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
Strategic & Creative Mindset: A big-picture thinker who can shape campaigns with strategic intent and execute them with excellence.
Strong Project Leadership: Proven ability to bring teams together, manage multiple timelines, and deliver important moments with clarity, energy, and purpose.
Exceptional Communicator: Clear, confident, and compelling in both written and verbal communication; able to engage teams and audiences alike.
Brand & Cultural Sensitivity: A natural at spotting partnership and activation opportunities that feel fresh, culturally relevant, and on-brand.
