What is the role?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded NPD Product Manager to help bring our innovative food and supplement ideas to life. Sitting at the heart of the product development process — from ideation to launch — you’ll help shape, validate, and deliver products that align with our mission and values.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Product and collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, operations, retail and customer service. You’ll also liaise with third-party manufacturers and suppliers to ensure we bring high-quality, compliant, and customer-obsessed products to market, on time and on budget.
We’re after someone who’s highly organised, curious, and unafraid to challenge the status quo — with a passion for natural nutrition and a bias for action.
Essential
1+ years in a product development or operations role (preferably food, beverage, or supplements)
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Excel proficient (comfortable with formulas, lookups, pivot tables)
Excellent attention to detail, especially when reviewing packaging, ingredients, or specifications
A self-starter who’s confident working independently but thrives in collaborative settings
Open to tasting and testing full product range (including animal based and dairy based products). All products are gluten, refined sugar and seed oil free.
Desirable
Experience working with external manufacturers, co-packers, or suppliers
Exposure to retail and/or e-commerce product launches
Familiarity with food compliance and labelling regulations (UK/EU)
Understanding of keto, paleo, animal-based or low-carb lifestyles
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana)
Background in nutrition, food science, or natural health
An understanding of brand management and how to position a product within the market
Key roles and responsibilities:
1. Product Development Lifecycle
Support ideation, feasibility, validation, and go-to-market for both new and existing products
Work with the Head of Product to build and manage the innovation pipeline
Assist with competitor benchmarking, trend analysis, and consumer research
Regularly review and analyse the existing product portfolio for optimisation opportunities
2. Project Management
Own and manage product timelines, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners
Coordinate samples, factory trials, organoleptics, and product testing phases
Maintain clear documentation and ensure up-to-date project tracking
3. Packaging & Label Compliance
Work with brand, Quality & Technical, and external design/print partners to ensure packaging is legally compliant and brand-aligned
Review artwork for nutritionals, ingredients, claims, and allergens
4. Supply Chain Collaboration
Work with operations and procurement to onboard new SKUs smoothly
Provide accurate specs, pack formats, and shelf life details to the wider team
5. Internal Communication & Support
Share regular product updates and timelines across departments
Provide internal training and commercial handovers ahead of launches
Support the creation of internal product decks, FAQs, and team education materials
