What is the role?
Responsible for ecommerce trading, performance marketing, onsite merchandising, site content, CRO, SEO, creation of the ecommerce trading calendar and consistent alignment with our marketing & retail teams.
You’ll be a key member of a mission-led team that plans and executes initiatives in a super-fast, agile way - with dedicated resources and support from all members of the business.
What will you own?
Trading & Analytics
Own ecommerce trading and merchandising, P&L budget, ensuring key product visibility, synchronised promotions and optimised revenue.
Track and analyse ecommerce KPIs, including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, CLV and contribution margin.
Report and represent ecommerce sales performance in the weekly trading meeting, highlighting opportunities and risks.
Digital Strategy & Campaigns
Establish and drive the growth of our ecommerce strategy, aligning it with growth aspirations, promotional campaigns and insights across DTC, marketplace, retail and marketing.
Own and execute the marketing calendar, integrating brand values and education into promotions, product launches, and brand activations to drive revenue growth and website traffic in line with budget.
Digital Performance Marketing
Collaborate with agencies to refine paid media strategies, monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities to improve ROI.
Collaborate on SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings and boost website traffic while reinforcing our brand values and leading health and wellness messaging.
Oversee affiliate and influencer marketing programs, working with partners to amplify our brand story and grow sales.
International Expansion
Support on international growth initiatives alongside our Head of Digital Infrastructure.
Support on customised region-specific strategies alongside our Head of Digital Infrastructure to enhance traffic and conversion rates while maintaining a consistent brand story across markets.
Innovation & Development
Lead on CRO initiatives - refining the user experience, capitalising on revenue generation and owning any appropriate agency relations.
Collaborate on the digital development roadmap with our Head of Digital Infrastructure, ensuring timely delivery of projects and measurable improvements in key KPIs.
What experience should you have?
Candidates for this role should have proven experience in ecommerce trading, ownership of performance marketing, P&L management and belief in a mission-led business.
Experience working in founder-led businesses with a strong ability to align with the founder’s vision and adapt to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Expertise in digital performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta), SEO and affiliate marketing
Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Klaviyo.
Experience in Shopify Plus will fast-track success, but dynamism & enthusiasm for success will gazump all else.
