What is the role?
As the Senior Brand Manager at Hunter & Gather, you will act as the brand's champion and guardian, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and delivering impactful creative strategies. You will play a pivotal role in how the brand shows up – driving creative thinking, influencing content direction, and executing strategies that elevate brand recognition. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you'll blend creative vision with practical execution to maintain a compelling and cohesive brand identity while driving growth and audience engagement.

We are looking for a real brand advocate that loves leading a generally healthy lifestyle where animal based, low carb and nutrient dense foods are the foundation. Someone who embodies our business values and who has a real passion for simplifying brand messaging and creating a consistent brand look and feel wherever it shows up, be it online, instore or in content. You will have an eye for detail and be able to ensure consistency across channels and outputs by working with each department. You love building communities that support a fast growing brand, driving brand led initiatives and you are passionate about the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities?
Brand Champion: Serve as the go-to expert for maintaining and enhancing brand consistency across all channels and products, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, values and guidelines.
Creative Strategy: Provide strategic input for the creative direction of brand activity, ensuring all executions reflect the brand ethos and resonate with the target audience as well as being stand out and innovative
Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of brand marketing campaigns, from ideation and planning to execution and analysis.
Customer Insights: Leverage data and customer feedback to refine brand activation and improve customer and audience touchpoints.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand messaging.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the brand remains relevant and forward-thinking.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role. Experience in food, health, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
A Critical Eye For Detail: An exceptionally detailed oriented person who could spot a needle in a haystack to ensure brand consistency across all branded outputs.
Strategic & Creative Mindset: A balance of strategic thinking with a flair for creative execution.

Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage audiences.
